You won’t be surprised to hear that no sooner has my last event finished, I have a new one! To be honest, I’ve been planning this one for some time as I want to end the year on a high. This is going to be the hardest challenge of the year and hopefully the most rewarding. +

I completed the Newcastle Stampede on Sunday and it was first class! There were five of us competing in total and I think we all agreed it was great fun. The above photo from left to right is Lee, Me, Martin, John and Ray. Obviously it was a challenge and a really tough one but there’s just something about running around in mud and freezing cold water that does it for me. +

It’s not every day you get to meet your boxing idol. On Tuesday night I came face to face with “Iron” Mike Tyson. It was a great night and even though it was rather expensive, I treat it as a once in a lifetime opportunity and I grabbed it with both hands. +
