Bioglan VitaGummies Review

Post Type

There have been conflicting reports about the benefits of multivitamins over the years. I believe people should take a multi-vitamin from a mineral point of view. Almost all of us are going to be deficient in some sort of mineral so taking a multi-vitamin gives these levels a little boost. Think of it as insurance – you are covering yourself just in case!

I recently reviewed these multi-vitamin’s from Bioglan called VitaGummies. If you were born in the 80’s, read the next paragraph. If not, skip it as you won’t understand! So every time I took my VitaGummies, I sang this song…

That’s about as funny as I’m going to get for a Monday morning!

The Bioglan VitaGummies are soft jelly vitamins so you simply chew and don’t swallow with water. They are lemon, raspberry and blueberry flavoured so they tasted nice – unlike some other brands I’ve tried in the past!

Bioglan’s Men’s Multi-vitamin VitaGummies are nutritious vitamin gummies specially formulated to help support the additional nutritional needs of busy, active men like me!

  • Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and energy-yielding metabolism
  • Biotin contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system
  • Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis
  • Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress

As with any supplement or multi-vitamin, do not exceed the recommended dose. Directions for adults and children 12+ were to take two gummies per day. I chose morning and night. Consult your healthcare professional if you are under medical supervision or on medication. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle!

Each soft gummy contains:

  • Vitamin D3: 2.5ug
  • Vitamin E: 5mg
  • Vitamin C: 22.5mg
  • Niacin: 8mg
  • Vitamin B6: 2.1mg
  • Folic Acid: 69ug
  • Vitamin B12: 1.2ug
  • Biotin: 15ug
  • Zinc: 2.5mg
  • Selenium: 50ug
  • Chromium: 17.5ug
  • Iodine: 22.5ug
  • Boron: 75ug
  • Inositol: 4mg

The Bioglan philosophy is unique and innovative supplement products. They offer high-strength, effective formulations with high-quality ingredients. I like the fact Bioglan offer other ranges of multi-vitamins for children and women. This is because men and women require different levels. Take iron as an example.

The VitaGummies from Bioglan are one of the easiest multi-vitamins I’ve taken and also one of the nicest flavoured. Try them for yourself! Available in store and online at Holland & Barrett and online only at Boots and Bioglan.
