Freeletics – Week 12

Post Type

After a rather successful previous week of my Freeletics challenge, I knew this final week would be tough going but I’m not going to give up now! Would I be able to finish this challenge with a bang and repeat my personal bests? There’s only one way to find out!

I started the week off with a standard version of Atlas. I’d done the endurance version previously so I was pleased to be introduced to a new workout this week.

Atlas (Standard)

Round 1 of 1

  • 2km Run
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Climbers
  • 50 Straight Leg Lever
  • 100 Jumps

I recorded a pretty good time of 26:52. My second workout of the week was standard Aphrodite (week one) and if you’d read my previous weeks report, you’ll know I recorded a PB last time out and I stupidly said I had gas left in the tank. Well I managed to knock off a couple of minutes and complete the workout in 28:39. I was over the moon to get this workout under half an hour.

I finished my Freeletics 12 week challenge with Atlas (Standard) again and I even managed to shave a handful of seconds off my previous time. I really pushed myself this week and it paid off.

So there we go, my 12 weeks of Freeletics has come to an end. I’ll leave it a week to sink in and then I’ll be uploading photos and giving my final thoughts on the whole challenge.

Speak soon,
Paul
