Freeletics – Week Five

Post Type

I’m loving Freeletics so far and also the fact I’m starting my weeks with the standard version of Aphrodite. It gives me a point of comparison and this week I felt strong, fit and confident compared to previous weeks.

My second workout of the week was a new one in the strength version of Kentauros. This involved:

Kentauros (Strength)

  • 2 x 20m Burpee Deepfrog
  • 10 High Jumps

Round 2 of 6

  • 2 x 20m Lunge Walk
  • 10 High Jumps
  • 2 x 20m Burpee Deepfrog
  • 10 High Jumps

Round 3 of 6

  • 10 High Jumps

  • 10 High Jumps

Round 5 of 6

I felt it went ok. I struggled with the lunges for some reason so I decided not to go all the way down to the floor for some reps. I hope to improve on this technique over the coming weeks.

My final workout of the week was 2X Metis. I’d completed this workout in week two and in a respectable time. I decided to really go for it this time as I’d felt really fit and strong all week. I managed to shave a handful of minutes off my time from week two. The proof is in the pudding and I’m delighted to see my body reacting well to Freeletics.

Week six is coming up and I know there’s a couple of new workout routines. Lets go!
