Freeletics – Week Four

Post Type

Week four of Freeletics and I knew this was going to be tough because I was on a weeks holiday. No excuses though and I made it through the week no problem. My nutrition went out the window though!

Week four consisted of three more workouts. Standard Venus (ouch!) 2X Metis (Standard) and a new workout called Atlas:

Atlas (Endurance)

Round 1 of 1

  • 2km Run
  • 50 HH Squats
  • 50 Sprawls
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 50 HH Leg Lever
  • 100 High Knees

Although my nutrition went out of the window this week, I feel in great shape. I also think with the short runs I’ve been doing, this has helped me regain my passion for running. I’ve never been a long distance or competitive runner but I can already feel my fitness increasing because of Freeletics.

I’m taking regular photos between weeks so I can compare them at the end of the programme. I’ll maybe throw up a couple of them over the coming weeks so you can see my progress.

Week five is coming up so let’s go!
