FUEL: Energy Breakfast

Post Type

Just after I completed my recent Multipower Review I received an email from FUEL. They offer energy breakfasts that fuel your 10k hours.

I was really really excited about this review. I’d sampled a few supplements lately and although they weren’t for me, a review on a breakfast cereal ticked some boxes straight away. I’m a massive fan of breakfast and I eat like a King most mornings. I think breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, it sets you up for the day ahead.

FUEL were aware I’m dairy-free so they sent out their nut loaded chunky granola. Granola consists of rolled oats, nuts and honey. FUEL energy breakfast includes the following health benefits:

  • Protein
  • Fibre
  • Carbs
  • Guarana – A natural energy booster. The fruits of the guarana plant contain natural caffeine giving you the energy boost you need to start the day
  • Vitamins

FUEL also suggest these ideas:

  • Splash on some milk
  • Pour in some juice or smoothie
  • Add a dollop of yoghurt
  • Sprinkle over ice-cream
  • Mix in fresh fruit
  • Take a big handful and go

Each box contains (6 x 400g) and is priced at £19.74. So £3.29 for each 400g box. You can also buy 3 boxes for £50 from the official website.

Do what did I think? Well for starters it was bloody gorgeous! I actually think it was better than gorgeous but I don’t know a better word off the top of my head. I gave myself a generous portion every morning for a full week and the box just about lasted.

Did it improve my game? As with all my reviews, it’s very difficult to say and to pinpoint improvements in such a short period of time. I’m pretty good with regards to energy levels throughout the day anyway and I certainly didn’t see a decline. That to me suggests that this stuff is the real deal.

In conclusion, FUEL energy breakfast contains all the essential vitamins, protein, fibre and carbs you need to get through the day. All of this AND it tastes great. What more could you ask for? I certainly loved eating this cereal and I’d highly recommend it.

Thanks for reading,
