Growing Up Outdoors

Post Type

I recently collaborated with Reima in their quest to get more kids active.

They had supplied me with a lovely one minute video and it gave me an idea! After a quick camera upgrade and a few trips here and there – I’m proud to have produced the following video…

We were more active than our kids and our parents were more active than us. If we don’t pull together and do something about this, the problem isn’t going away.

Getting outdoors and active really is a wonderful thing. The fresh air doesn’t just clear your head, the places you visit give your children life long experiences.

Let’s keep ourselves and our children active and start changing the trend today. Thanks for watching and please consider sharing this video across your social channels.

About The Author

Following the birth of his son in 2009, Paul was unfit and sluggish. Since then he's been training using a range of exercise techniques and gained some valuable information over the years. In 2012 he created his own challenge called the '12 Days of Christmas.' He raised over £1000 for Percy Hedley by running 60 miles to celebrate their 60 years. In 2013 he ran the '12 parkruns of Christmas' with friend Lee Nyland. The pair raised over £1400 for the Tiny Lives Fund.
