Multipower Creatine Review

Post Type

I’m very grateful to Multipower. They’ve supported me over the years and in particular, my recent Christmas charity challenge.

I recently reviewed their 100% pure creatine monohydrate powder. I took it before and after training for a full month. The results were extraordinary. Longer sessions in the gym followed by an increase in size and strength.

I added the powder based creatine (1/2 teaspoon) to fruit juice and water and it tasted great. Just make sure you shake it up before and as you drink it. Here are few other benefits to Multipower’s Creatine:

  • 100% absolutely pure Creapure creatine for optimal reabsorption
  • For better performance during strength training and other intense physical activities
  • Increased muscle volume due to increased water retention in muscle cells
  • Suitable for Vegetarians
  • Suitable for Vegans
  • Aspartame-free
  • Lactose-free

Thanks for reading and please consider Multipower for your next creatine purchase. It’s only £22.99 for a 500g tub with free delivery!
