The Father Fitness Nature Trail

Post Type

While walking the dog with Mutha Fitness the other day, we chatted about creating a download of an activity sheet we use for our own kids.

We all know getting outside and taking in the fresh air is good for you, it’s just sometimes it can be more of a chore than you’d like! If you have young kids yourselves, you’ll know this scenario very well when your youngest taps you on the arm and wants a carry! You’ll probably find that they’re not actually tired and that they’re just bored.

Amy came up with a great idea of creating a nature trail activity sheet. It was originally hand-drawn and we took it on our next walk. It was a huge success and was a great way of keeping the kids entertained. So we thought you guys may like to use it too? I’ve created a PDF of the nature trail sheet here. You’re welcome to download it and please let me know if you found it useful.

Maybe in the future I could create a small collection for different ages and different places. We visit the beach quite a bit so a seaside themed one would be cool. If you have any other suggestions, please contact me or let me know in the comments box below.

Thanks for reading, downloading and commenting.
