Therapeutic Solutions

Post Type

Ever since I was a baby, I’ve been an eczema suffer. I had a spell during my 20’s when it randomly disappeared but in my 30’s, it came back with a vengeance.

Having a skin condition affects more than you think. Confidence, when your skin is on show and you can feel people looking at you. Exercise, when the sweat irritates your skin.

Therapeutic Solutions - Sleep

Sleep, we all know the importance of sleep so when I’m up all night with itchy skin, it doesn’t really set me up for the day ahead.

So what do I do to try and combat my skin condition? Well, the three things I’ve just mentioned go hand in hand so my answer is, get the control back. I find stress and certain foods trigger my eczema along with toiletry items such as body washes. I’ve been using baby products for years as I’ve never found products that work and often not dared veer away from them. This was before I was asked to trial Dr Salts+ Therapeutic Solutions.

Bathing in quality salts with the highest concentration of natural minerals helps the body, skin and muscles to replenish, stay healthy and soothe aching muscles post-exercise.

Bath Salt Benefits

If you need some detoxifying powers, Himalayan Salts are the bathing therapeutic solution you need. Named as one on the purest salts in the world, their detoxifying powers can help the body both internally and externally to be the best it can possibly be, by flushing out toxins and bad bacteria from your body.

If you’re looking for bath salts to help muscular tension and reduce the inflammation of muscles, then Epsom Salts could be the solution for you.

Dead Sea Salts are the best type of natural salts to help soothe muscle aches & pains and will offer you that therapeutic solution you’re looking for.

Therapeutic Solutions - Product

I received a lovely gift box from Dr Salts+ with three ‘skin therapy’ products to try: Epsom Bath Salts, Dead Sea Natural Soap and Dead Sea Bath and Shower Gel. All three products were:

  • Skin soothing
  • Dermatologically tested
  • Intensely moisturising
  • Fragrance free
  • Deeply nourishing

It’s the time of year where my skin isn’t at it’s greatest so it was a good time to try Dr Salts+. First things first, I had no negative reactions to any of the products! This is actually a big deal, because I’ve tried other ‘sensitive skin’ products in the past and I’ve had a reaction thus setting me back a couple of weeks. I’ve been using the soap while washing my hands and the bath and shower gel as a body wash. The bath salts I’ve been using mainly after running, I’m 39 years old now and my joints and muscles aren’t what they used to be! So far, so good with Dr Salts+. I love their skin therapy range!

Therapeutic Solutions - Flyer

In March 2013, a new EU law was fully implemented that made it illegal to sell animal-tested cosmetics in Europe. Dr Salts+ are pleased to confirm that they comply to the law and do not test their products on animals, nor do they employ any third parties to do so as this would be breaking the law.

So whether you’re after a good skin therapy or something to soothe those aching muscles, I can highly recommend Dr Salts+. Get 25% off your first purchase by using the code ‘fatherfitness.’ Valid until the 31st of March 2019 and applicable to three items. Limited to one use per customer. Stay tuned for a competition I’m running on my Facebook page soon too.
