Confidence is a funny old thing. What does it mean and what does it say about a person? From an early age, I was always pretty quiet until I got to know someone. Then I would come out of my shell and talk more. It’s quite funny as my little lad is exactly the same and it’s like looking into a mirror sometimes! +

My six year old took up Judo last year. We were delighted as he’s never shown any interest in ‘outside of school’ activities before. He’s always been a shy boy, clever yet quietly confident. Destination Judo rocked up at his school and ran a taster class by Glynn. Adam loved it, he said he wanted to sign up and that was that. +
