Exercise and Kids

I’d like to get the ball rolling on a subject that’s now very important to me, exercise and children. I’ve just become a Daddy for the second time and I’m very focused on making sure that both Adam and Emma grow up to be healthy and happy. Part of the reason I started to train regularly again in 2010 was to set an example to my kids. I don’t want to be the unfit Daddy who couldn’t kick or throw a ball at the park.
