I get out on my bike now and then. We do more walking than biking to be honest. When we walk the dog, we do come across plenty of bikers and it always starts a conversation of etiquette on the trails. +

With dark mornings and evenings, it’s just too easy to lock the door behind you and not do any form of outdoor activities. As a dog owner, that’s pretty much impossible for me but for the kids, it’s important to wrap up warm this Winter and get outside! +

The UK has some of the best mountain biking locations out there, but not all are in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, the Forestry Commission has set up some excellent trails and facilities at some of their sites. +
