Thanks to Boots for asking me to take part in their hayfever challenge. I was rubbing my eyes walking Yogi the other day so their timing was perfect!

Every year I use a nasal spray to combat hayfever and some years (not every year), I require eye drops. The eye mist was a great addition as it created a soothing relief from itchy, irritated eyes. The nasal spray was different to what I’ve used in the past and just as effective. I wore the sunglasses on our dog walk last night and they were very comfortable.
