SCI-MX OMNI MX Hardcore Review

Post Type

I’ve been training religiously since January the 4th, mainly with my new training partner called Stu. He used to be a Royal Marine Commando so lets just say our training has been pretty hardcore! I was delighted to combine this training with a review for SCI-MX.

I decided to sample the SCI-MX OMNI MX Hardcore and it didn’t disappoint. If you’ve read my blog before you’ll know I have a love/hate relationship with supplements. The OMNI MX Hardcore is an all-in-one drink mix with 14 active ingredients. I won’t repeat the exact ingredients and benefits as you can click the link above and it will tell you everything you need to know. Basically I wanted to try an all-in-one as I’ve had protein, amino acids and creatine before but they’ve all been taken separately.

I used this product for around three weeks and I’ve definitely noticed a change in muscle mass. This in turn has improved my overall strength in the gym allowing me to lift heavier and for longer. I got a new Bench Press PB last night and I’m convinced it’s down to hard work in the gym and also down to taking this protein. Don’t ask me numbers as I don’t do that, I just know what I can lift down to the size and colour of the weights, haha.

I’ve had issues in the past with flavour and consistency. I chose vanilla and firstly I tried it with milk. It was too thick for me so I swapped out the milk for water. The consistency was much better and I even chucked in some frozen red fruit to add some extra flavour. This is probably only the second protein drink I’ve ever taken that I’ve enjoyed the flavour!

So I can definitely recommend the SCI-MX OMNI MX Hardcore as it’s convenient, great tasting and it definitely improved my muscle mass and increases my energy in the gym. I not only achieved a PB last night but I’m getting an extra rep or two on some other exercises. I love this protein drink so much, I’m going to order some more and I can’t recall me ever saying that about a supplement before!
