Sedgefield parkrun

Post Type

We were bang on time for Hardwick Park opening at 7am!

Sedgefield parkrun is one of my favourites. Lee and I also visited this parkrun a few weeks a go to familiarise ourselves with it. It’s basically two big laps of the park and you have a mixture of terrain, perfect for me.

What was also nice about this run was that the first lap was in darkness and the second we saw the sun rise. I think by this point I was also starting to finally wake up!

A quarter of the way there. Three down and nine to go!
