Nourished by Nature Booklet

Unrefined and unprocessed, pure Canadian maple syrup is ideal for brunches and baking. I don’t know about you but during both lockdowns here in the UK, we have seriously stepped up our cooking from home as a family. We have been walking a lot and also creating our own exercise routines to stay fit. More on that later and we’re including a family exercise video below!

My maple hamper

I was delighted to be sent an amazing hamper via Maple from Canada UK. Inside was a range of maple syrups, sugar, flakes, spread and vinegar. Also included was a fantastic recipe book!

Nourished by Nature

There are four grades of Canadian maple syrup: Golden, Amber, Dark and Very Dark. The classification of maple syrup is based on its colour, which changes subtly throughout the spring harvest. This helps us choose the best syrup for our cooking plans, safe in the knowledge the product is 100% pure and high quality. I’ll explain each grade in my next post, as we’ll be making some delicious things as a family from the ‘Nourished by Nature’ digital booklet.

Keeping fit

It’s been a challenging year for all of us, both mentally and physically. With gyms closed for several months and Christmas just around the corner, you may be thinking about completely letting your hair down. That’s totally fine BUT I’m planning on taking advantage of the remaining few days to continue with some exercise.

Inspired by the ‘Nourished by Nature’ digital booklet, we’ve put together this little exercise video for you to enjoy at home and as a family. With a total of ten exercises, this daily workout routine will only take five and a half minutes of your day. Ready? Let’s go!

Thanks for taking part in our little exercise video and thanks for reading all about Maple from Canada UK.

Please remember to download the ‘Nourished by Nature’ booklet! Take advantage of the 12 well-balanced recipes, specialist nutritional advice, exercises for throughout the day, and a beginner’s guide to mindfulness.
