Freeletics – Week 11

Post Type

My penultimate week of my Freeletics 12 week challenge. I’m really starting to see some changes when standing in front of the mirror. I’m glad I haven’t been uploading loads of photos as I think it will have more impact when I upload them.

Week 11 consisted of standard Dione (see week seven), standard Aphrodite (see week one) and I finished the week off with a standard version of 2X Metis (see week two).

I’m pleased to report I achieved personal bests in all three workouts this week! Dione was 35:27, Aphrodite 31:09 and 2X Metis 15:42. I’m really really happy with my performance of Aphrodite. I can remember attempting this workout in my first week and it was one of the toughest things I’ve ever done. Dare I say I had more left in the tank too? Watch this space…

Final week coming up, lets go!
